Using Heba's journal

Heba

October 3, 2023

We builtHibihaving seen the towers of paper folders, the countless Whatsapp groups, email chains, excel spreadsheets, trello boards (and more!) that families use to keep track of their child’s care. We know parents & caregivers deserve something better.

Our digital ‘journal’ was built to streamline and help you manage and coordinate your child’s care. From either the home screen or the journal itself, you can check in at any time to securely record any information or notes. We’ve built Hibi to be flexible and customisable to your needs, allowing you to use our tool for a range of use cases:

Tracking
behaviours, sleep, food, symptoms such as seizures, temperature, coughing and/or more.

Recording appointments
with various professionals, allowing you to save notes, documents and pictures within each entry.

Logging of medications , including receiving reminders for these when due.

Making notes & to do lists for your records.

Once these are in the journal, we’ve built in features to help you make the most of these records. That includes:

Trends & insights – visualise and analyse changes in behaviours, symptoms and more, allowing you to compare and correlate things alongside each other. For example, compare a change in medication with symptoms.

Search – easily filter and search through your journal to pull up information, whether it was from yesterday, or last year.

Share – invite members of your care circle (professional or personal) to collaborate in the journal, or simply export pieces of information to them directly from the app over email.

At Hibi, we want to give parents time back to be parents, rather than care administrators, and we hope our platform can help.
