Uploading your documents to Heba

At Heba, we’ve made it as easy as possible for you to upload, store, access and share key documents. They might be letters from clinicians, notes from appointments, forms, pictures, videos and more.

You can upload documents directly via the Care Passport tab of the app. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see the Documents section, where you can view, edit and sharing existing documents as well as adding new documents.

You can upload documents on the go, by clicking “add attachment” when entering anything into your journal. Those documents can then be viewed in both the Journal, and in the Documents section of the Care Passport tab.

Once they have been uploaded, you can access them at any time by clicking ‘see all’. You can choose to tag and filter them, as well as clicking ‘share’ to send or print out as you please.
